1. Who we are

Insiderz (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2024/052988/07) operates insiderz.co.za and The Campaign Room. By purchasing a Creator Pass or using this platform you agree to these terms in full.

2. The Creator Pass

Your subscription gives you access to the Creator Rate Calculator and The Campaign Room for one calendar year from the date of purchase. Access is personal, non-transferable, and limited to one person on one device at a time.

Sharing your login credentials will result in immediate suspension without refund.
Insiderz reserves the right to verify account usage and terminate accounts found in breach.
Subscription fees are billed annually in South African Rand at R699 per year.

3. The Campaign Room

The Campaign Room provides access to a human specialist with experience in South African influencer marketing. Responses represent professional opinion, not legal or financial advice. Response times are not guaranteed.

3 x 30-minute Google Meet sessions are included per subscription year.
Additional sessions are available at R250 each, billed separately.
Sessions must be used within the active subscription period and do not carry over.

4. Rate calculator

Rate recommendations are based on SA market benchmarks and the information you provide. They are indicative and for guidance only. Insiderz does not guarantee that any brand will accept a recommended rate. You are responsible for your own commercial negotiations.

5. Acceptable use

You may not share, resell, or redistribute access, rate calculations, or advice to third parties. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of this platform or its methodology.

6. Limitation of liability

Insiderz (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any loss of income, missed opportunities, or commercial outcomes arising from use of this platform. All information is provided in good faith without warranty of any kind.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. Disputes are subject to South African jurisdiction.

8. Changes

Insiderz may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered members.

No refund policy

All Creator Pass subscriptions are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exception: Verified technical failure

A refund may be considered only where a verified technical failure on our part has prevented you from accessing the platform for a continuous period of 7 or more days, and where we have been unable to resolve the issue. To request consideration:

Email info@insiderz.co.za within 14 days of the issue arising.
Include your account email, a description of the issue, and the dates access was unavailable.
We will respond within 5 business days.

Refunds under this exception are at the sole discretion of Insiderz (Pty) Ltd. Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not issued.

What is not covered

Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to use the platform during the subscription period.
Dissatisfaction with rate recommendations or specialist advice.
Accounts suspended due to terms violations.
Issues caused by your own device, browser, or internet connection.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing info@insiderz.co.za. Cancellation takes effect immediately and access ends at that point. No refund is issued for the remaining subscription period.

Consumer Protection Act

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Contact the National Consumer Commission at www.thencc.gov.za if you believe your statutory rights have been affected.

Where it is stored

Account data is stored securely via Google Firebase. Message data is stored in Google Firestore. Google operates under enterprise-grade security standards.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email info@insiderz.co.za and we will respond within 10 business days.

POPIA compliance

Insiderz (Pty) Ltd processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Our Information Officer can be contacted at info@insiderz.co.za.
